Hi i am cooking my turkey crown NOW, i am out most of tomorrow so it seemed like a good time. How do i reheat it? I was thinking of slicing it tonight and covering it in the juices and then warming it in the oven on xmas day. I have never hosted before, will this be okay or is there a better way?
