Turkey Crown

We are hosting Christmas for the first time in years .or maybe

To keep it simple, and because we don't really want to eat turkey for days, I am thinking of getting a turkey crown. I've never cooked this before .

Any reccommendations on which supermarket does the best would be vey welcome - preferably stuffed. It would need to serve 7.

Bought a delicious turkey crown in M&S last year.

Last year I got mine from M&S and it was delicious. This year I have ordered from Morrisons, just because I now do my online shop with them.

M & S are great but tiny, they may say feeds 8 but in my experience this is on the mean side so if you like a lot of meat and leftovers for sandwiches go bigger! I now get Sainsburys and they are just fine

Think you would need a feeds 8-10 crown from M&S. They did look a bit small to me. You can probably get away with a bit less turkey per person if you are serving other meat with it, such as pigs in blankets, sausage meat based stuffing, gammon or another joint like pork or beef.
