I thought I was so sorted, having done most of my shopping online. I placed my last Amazon order on the 11th, checking carefully to only include items that they said would arrive before Christmas. I checked the status of my order this morning and only one thing has been dispatched, everything else has been changed to "won't arrive until after the 25th". I looked for contact details ready to phone them up and complain about breach of contract, "time being of the essence" blah, blah (I am hot on consumer law) - can you speak to a real person, can you hell!!!! I've cancelled the whole order and now have to try and find the same stuff in town - AGHHHHHHHH! I've always championed Amazon in the past as being really reliable, not this year
