Help! Ideas for my Dad

I'm stumped. I have done cufflinks, smellies, personalised plectrum and mugs in previous years and now I'm struggling for ideas.

He loved football (Liverpool) and music (no idea what sort) and I have a budget of 10-15. Please help

How old is your Dad?

Does he read- there are autobiographies of people like tom jones and ronnie wood or a 6 issue subscription to Q the music magazine.
Or the match of the day 365 book is only 4.99 on the book people.
Does he like particular food/beer... make up a little hamper/gift bag with treats.
Hat/gloves/scarf?

DH has asked for this book about life as a football manager. He's getting it for DFIL too. Obviously won't work if he's not a reader but it's in budget!
