Christmas present for the childminder?

My LO has been going to the cm since June and I want to buy a Christmas gift for her but just wondered what is generally accepted in terms of the gift & value? Thanks

I normally get her a voucher for something like a cream tea at a lovely place near us, or for Wildwood where I know she likes to eat. I will probably spend £25-£30. I would spend more but we just don't have it.
