Thanks whenlater I will try tomorrow.

I've been at the country living Christmas fair today, fab day out but most decidedly NOT bargainous. There was a 50% off Arran aromatics stall but I couldn't face the scrum round it Sad

ja9r · 22/11/2015 22:23

10% off everything on Sports Direct website today only with code NOV10.

Has anyone seen good deals on lego architecture. I bought the white house for ds a couple of years ago for £25 instead of £40 when amazon pricematched a toy promotion somewhere. Would love another such deal...

DilysMoon · 22/11/2015 22:27

Yes woodwaj thanks I'll look there, had never heard of them before today!

Iggi999 · 22/11/2015 22:46

Just ordering ds a hoodie from Land's end as I wasn't fast enough with the Gap ones earlier. There is a code AFF15FD which gets you 15% off and free delivery, which in my case is a slightly bigger reduction than the code on the last page which gives you 30% off. Which seems odd, but delivery charges add up!

DansonslaCapucine · 22/11/2015 22:47

Itstill - FatFace code is F34L3HR7W - for 20% off.

ItStillLooksLikeRainDear · 22/11/2015 22:49

Thank you danson Flowers

CRtester · 22/11/2015 22:57

Looking for a bargainous Gopro if anyone sees one please.

bettythebuilder · 22/11/2015 23:02

ChocolateTeabag I tried the code as well, and you're right it's not working, but should be valid 'til end of November, so not sure why!

Yes, the shop is down the hill between Betty's and Wagamamas, but on the other side of the street, opposite the Turkish Baths. Only a minutes walk up the hill from the Country Living fair. Lovely shop.

FlopIsMyChristmasGuru · 22/11/2015 23:11

Thank you for the prior tip about half price playmobil on Amazon.
If anyone has a further tip on how to store a (thankfully unmarked) enormous cardboard box in an overcrowded house for four weeks i'd be very grateful!

Chocolateteabag · 22/11/2015 23:39

Thanks Betty - Sounds like the shop I'm thinking of - like a little treasure trove!
Rj - Country Living fair is like a big Christmas shop window for me - lots of looking and inspiration and thinking I could do/make that very little buying except in the food bit, and only after some serious tasting. Going with DM this year so we will have a pre-match Christmas coffee and mince pie in Betty's before we pile in to the scrum

Supermario - Hobbycraft do knitting bags, not personalised but if you sign up to their emails you should get 15% off next spend?

In separate bargain hunting news I've just won an eBay auction to get my Christmas dress - was the only bidder to get a Hobbs dress for £40. - originally £400! (Red lace guipure midi length long sleeves)
It's my party dress sorted over Christmas and into new year or until ds2 gets me with greasy paws

Chocolateteabag · 22/11/2015 23:40

Reading that back I've made the dress sound terrible it probably is if I'm the only bidder but I think hope it's lovely

y0rkier0se · 23/11/2015 00:01

Oooh love an eBay bargain chocolate, I got a warehouse dress with £75 tags on for £5 delivered in January Grin haven't worn it yet, planned to lose weight but I've just put it on (and on, and on) Blush

wigglylines · 23/11/2015 00:40

Can anyone help with stocking filler bargains?

I got some great stuff at dotcomgiftshop and Magpie, but I still need a few more bits.

happsymum · 23/11/2015 06:40

Not particularly a bargain at £44 but a men's tools advent calendar seen as scrolling thru here

Blizy · 23/11/2015 07:20

Waves to reastie! I'm a bit late to the party this year. Does anyone have a discount for the flavourly craft beer please? DH would love it.

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 23/11/2015 07:30

Purple guppy what about giraffes can't dance? It's a lovely book.

confusedalways · 23/11/2015 07:34

Blizy my flavourly £10 off code is MELISSLDT Xmas Grin

WhirlwindHugs · 23/11/2015 07:39

Flop, same problem here! Absolutely massive amazon box arrived yesterday, assumed it had a few of the things I'd ordered in... Nope. Just that one playmo trex/volcano set :D clearly was a bargain!

My eldest's pile is now looking kind of small though. I guess that's just how it is as they get older.

olafisking · 23/11/2015 07:40

I've bought DH a Tassimo Vivy, can anyone recommend some nice glasses/cups to use in it? He will mainly have Americano coffee but will add milk so needs some space. I've also bought some Oreo hot choc pods - lush!

itsonlysubterfuge · 23/11/2015 07:54

Chilly thank you for the suggestion, the book is out of stock and honestly I don't think I can justify another order from the Book People, I'm getting twitchy every time they send me a voucher code and I've managed to resist Grin.

PJ I've seen some selfie sticks that you plug into your phone with a little cord and there is a button in the handle which you press to take a picture.

TobleroneBoo · 23/11/2015 08:08

ola Debenhams do gift sets for Tassimo, some with the big bowl cups and some with the latte glasses etc

Pobspits · 23/11/2015 08:14

I've ordered that Christmas decoration book from Amazon - thanks! Dd will love making them.

Trumpton · 23/11/2015 08:20

Those wooden BeerCrates from Poundland are fabulous. My DB doesn't drink so I changed thr BEER into CHEER with cut out letters and a red felt pen.
Filled it with nice bics and nibbles.

FrancesOldhamKelsey · 23/11/2015 08:34

Skimming so I don't know whether the poster looking for surprise ideas for her 19yo got answers but there's lots of nice bags in the Zatchels sale within your budget. There might be a free personalisation code out there too.

I have officially started Xmas now because I got my Heston Xmas pudding 25% off and with 8 quid off a 35 pound spend from a voucher Waitrose sent me in the post.

Anybody got any good ideas for a 15 pound Secret Santa for a twenty-something man who's a keen cyclist and has fairly recently bought a house?

AllyourGreens · 23/11/2015 08:42

Can someone with prime membership answer a question:

When you're a prime member, do you get free next day delivery regardless of how much you spend or do you still have to spend £20 or over? Thanks
