When is Stir-Up Sunday?

It's either 22nd or 28th November.........any know for sure?

It's the 22nd this year. The 29th is the first Sunday of Advent and Stir up Sunday is the week before IYSWIM.

Is is bad luck to go sooner? I made pudding and mincemeat last Sunday [santa]

I hope not Chippy - I made my cakes a couple of weeks ago and had more fruit soaked than I needed so I made my puddings last week as I was worried that the fruit was going to go to waste.
