My DD (7) is a size 13.5 (in Clarks). I'm unsure what size to buy her. Her height and feet grows average per year.

Bought some for ds for this Christmas. He's 8 and a size 1. I got the next size up thinking he'd be able to use them for ages...they look huge! I'm just hoping a thick pair of socks will work
I got them from SkateHut, who recommend you get dc's normal size, wish I'd listened to their advice tbh.

I would say get normal size or if they are a half size then go to the next whole number.
My DD3 is 7 and wears a Clarks 13.5. Her heelies are a size 1 and fit well. DD1 is an adult shoe size 7 and her heelies are a 7 but are still a little large for her.
