Does anyone know if you can get non-alcoholic mulled wine anywhere?

zippitippitoes · 05/12/2006 18:01

maybe you can make something with cinnamon sticks and grape juice ..on the other hand that sounds seriously yuk (but then I prefer wine very winey adulterated with nothing but wine rather than spicey)

Proper pressed apple juice is lovely warmed up with spices in it.

Doesn;t pretend to be wine, but is nice all teh same.

MossletoeAndWine · 07/12/2006 16:53

Rochester ginger.

Tastes like you're having a stiff drink. Gorgeous. Unless you don't like ginger.

Nightynight · 07/12/2006 17:54

luxury chocs
a wide selection of juice drinks from a posh supermarket (raspberry & white peach - that sort of thing).
Freshly made smoothies.
Icecream sodas.
Get some frozen strawberries and make strawberry milkshake.
Freshly made lemonade from real lemons.

you absolutely do not need alcohol!

Boobooroastingonanopenfire · 07/12/2006 17:58

zippitipptoes: if you mull wine with the saucepan lid off the alcohol boils away anyway (at 40 degrees I think).

That's what I'll be doing
