Need sites for men's stuff

Hi _ i'm at a loss for gifts for DH that aren't the usual books/CDs. Can you recommend good sites that are for the non-gadgety man, intellectual, serious and stylish (he likes to think!). So far I've got a all weather salt and pepper thing for his walking trips, the Idler Magazine and 2 books.

Does he have gaiters for keeping legs dry when walking in mud and rain? From most outdoor shops.
I'm also recommending a ukelele and 'how to' book for men at the moment - they are cheap (£15 for basic, £30 for a decent one) and apparently very easy to learn (we shall see though.) Very inspired by the Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain at a festival this year.
