Had a real one last year for the first time, think we got a duff one and it cost an arm and a leg. It looked half dead by christmas and it dropped needles everywhere. Dh wants artificial this year, anyone seen any good ones?

Thanks

I had a real one a couple of years ago i have always wanted me but we always had artificial at my parents and my husband wasnt convinced so the year I finally got my own way and had a real one we ended up with all black bugs in the carpet from the tree and ended up getting rid of it on boxing day , never again its artificial for me from now on

Real trees only at this house. We don't bring it into the house until around the 20th and this house is so cold that there is little danger of the poor tree ever drying up!

Real. It just isn't Christmas without the wonderful smell. We don't get ours till about a week before Christmas.

Eeek! Just had a thought - dh is away till 23rd December - don't know if I'll be able to fit one plus the 3 dds in the car...does anyone know of Christmas tree delivery services in Harrogate area?
