mysonsmummy - if you click on this link and click on "shops" at the top, it will show you your nearest store.

Although, beware, it does open up temporary shops all over the place before christmas and I discovered yesterday that our local store was not mentioned on the website.

JackieNoHoHo · 03/12/2006 15:07

I've ordered online, and it was fine.

DumbledoresGirl · 03/12/2006 15:07

Actually doesn't seem much near you - Windsor, Croydon or Guildford. There must be a nearer shop than that!

DumbledoresGirl · 03/12/2006 15:08

Oh I didn't see your question about ordering online! Yes I have done that in the past and found them very quick and reliable. But the shop is better for actually seeing what is on offer of course.

brazilnuts · 03/12/2006 15:09

The delivery charge is quite steep, but they delivered our stuff within 3 days of ordering and all was fine.Their website will tell you how near they are to where you live.

has anyone got poppers from Hawkins? I can't make them work

zippitippitoes · 03/12/2006 15:40

when they are new you have to turn them inside out and be quite firm with them..squeeze them against the natural circle to make an elipse, also try warming them up..have you got glitter ones or marbled ones?

zippitippitoes · 03/12/2006 15:41

I've just got a brand new pone out I'll see how long it takes me to get it primed..it does seem a bit stiff

zippitippitoes · 03/12/2006 15:43

got it working

zippitippitoes · 03/12/2006 15:44

so that was just under 2 minutes..it's done now will work straight away each time

roisin · 03/12/2006 15:52

Thanks Zippi. Warming them up might be tricky as our boiler's packed up and the house is freezing!

Ds2 wants the PC now, so I'll go an pay with them.

Will report back later whether I've got them working.

I ordered on line last week and stuff came within 3 days. use FP7911 for free postage.
