What dates will shops do deals

Having missed the smiths 20% and the Argos 3-4-2 as it finished a day before payday.
Does anyone know if they will do similar again? I know sainsburys normally do an event last week in October. Will Argos do 3-4-2 again?

Sainsburys event is usually October half term.

Money Saving Expert have a Christmas deals predictor on their website. It says which shops will have which deals or special offer and when they are likely to be. I've found it useful in previous years and pretty accurate. I'm not sure when it goes live each year though.

The entertainer is doing 60% off deals on certain things, I got a couple of bargains instore there today.
