Last year, someone kindly posted their mincemeat recipe here. I stupidly didn't write it down, but it was delicious when I made it, so if it was you please please share again! TIA

is AMAZE nb veggie suet works just as well

another vote for the Delia recipe, and agree that it works just as well with veggie suet.

We always had shop bought mince pies and I was never a fan, but anything I make with this recipe lasts about ten minutes after it's cooled enough not to burn the mouth!

Has anyone tried the All Recipes recipe for Mincemeat. It's made without suet and the reviews are fairly good so I'm going to give it a go...

Ive made the Delia one this year. It looks a bit dry in the jars - i followed it to the letter and even put extra booze in! Is it meant to look like that.

Yes it does look quite dry but it cooks up beautifully in pies, in my experience.
