One or two is okay, but if, like me, you've bought quite a lot and then have to wrap them all, and you're not done with the buying yet! Bloody hell!! I've just spent the last two hours wrapping presents and I'm cream crackered now! Got to go pick up the little people soon, so have just been rushing round the house like a termite hiding them all before kiddies get home and go "wahaaaaaayyy!! Santa's come early!!!!"

Don't get me started on stocking fillers! Have yet to buy the bloody things, let alone wrap them!

Bah Humbug!

I love wrapping. I only ever wish that I was better at it. My mum brings hers over for me to wrap as she's even worse.

This year is different as the twins are due and having money probs but usually I put the stereo on, DH warms the mulled wine and keeps my cup topped up and I sit down with paper/ribbon/tags/presents and get most of it done. Last year I had too much wine and thought it'd be a good idea to put cryptic clues on all the tags!

I love wrapping presents and love making a good job of it but get really stressed when the four-year old tries to help and gets seletape on the wrong bit and I start having a panic attack...

God how I hate it. I always put it off too and am always still wrapping on Christmas Eve. This year I'm determined it's going to be different, I'm starting tomorrow and and what isn't done when dd gets home from pre-school will be done in small chunks each evening until it is.

I love wrapping presents. They are lovely when wrapped just so and then all tied up with satin ribbon. Very satisfying

Before I had the dc and had only a few gifts to wrap I loved it, really went to town with ribbon and stuff. The more you have to wrap though the more tedious it becomes, for me anyway.

I have too many to wrap nowadays but on the whole I do enjoy it. But my age is catching up with me; I used to do all my wrapping on the floor but my knees are too painful now so I have to do it on the kitchen table and stuff falls on the floor etc.
