Hello, does anyone know where I can get a 4.5KG ham? Local supermarkets seem no good

Also, anyone seen silver napkins or have good ideas for adult table pressies!

The gratin:

makes 8 - 10 servings
2tbs unsalted butter cut into small pieces, extra for greasing
1 cup half cream
1 cup double cream
salt and freshly ground pepper
2.5 lbs potatoes, peeled and sliced into rounds aobut 3mm thick
2.5 lbs sweet potatoes - prepared as above
1/2 lb grated gruyere cheese
1/4 lb grated parmesan

Preheat oven to 165C. Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish

I a very large bowl mix the half cream, double cream, 2.5 tsp salt and about a tsp of pepper. Add the potatoes and sweet potatoes and get them full coated. Then layer the pototoes randomly. Then scatter a fourth of the cheeses over the potatoes and repeat until you have 4 layers (you need to squash the top layer on). Put the last sprinkle of cheese on top and pour over the remaining cream mixture. Scatter the butter pieces on top. Bake for about an hour and 20 mins - or when you put a knife into it and get little resistance.

I made this completely the day before and then just reheated it covered in foil for about 30 mins. Must warn you, it is VERY cheesy so you need to like cheese with this. It's also very rich so although it says serves 8 - 10, it's actually more like 15.
