I have been ordering Xmas presents from I want one of those.com but I left the order form open too long and it timed out (too used to Amazon). I blithely entered my card details and it went to an account sign in page. Big panic about whether to reorder or not but this site has the option to chat to a customer service rep in a chat box. He checked my details immediately and told me my order hadnt gone through so he has saved me four or five days of panic and credit card statement checking.
Off to reorder.
Unlike other similar sites they also have the option of a saturday courier delivery or via royal mail which is brilliant as trying to find family or friends who would be in for a 9am-5pm courier delivery is not happening!!
