Ok its raining... might make some chritmas decorations with kids...any ideas?

Oh or Halloween decorations.....

snow flakes
stain glass windows
painting cut out shapes eg bells,snowmen,candles
buy some large polysteirn balls and decorate and hang on the tree

paint cut out pumpkins
make some spiders(blackcotton wool in to pompom and pipe cleaners as legs
paint black cats

Look up recipe (on here) for salt dough and get them to make snowmen, stars etc, bake. Then when it rains again you can get them to paint them. don't forget holes for hanging.

There's a recipe for salt dough here . I'm planning on making them with my boys this year, not just yet though or 5 year old DS1 will want the tree out NOW!!
