Anyone else accepted/given out too many dinner invitations??

I am exhausted. Since 23rd of December we have either had people at our (including staying over) or visited others (one night stay over, straight on to another's house). Preparing for friends tonight and expecting one to stay over tomorrow night. All people I love and adore but since I stopped working have hit the ground running. I must be getting old (was 40 this year) but I want to be alone!!

Me too! Christmas seems to go on forever in our house. Guests from just before Christmas to a day or two after NYD. I sense not too many people do this. I just want some personal space!

Me too. Made far too many offers when I was drunk and have hosted everyday apart from Boxing Day. I also have (planned) friends arriving today and staying till 4th. I'll be glad to go back to work for a rest.
