Help, chestnut stuffing.

No where has any left and I love it so am going to try and make some. I bought sausages, chestnuts and onions.

Anyone know how to make it please?

Mix the sausagemeat, chopped chestnuts and sauteed onion with breadcrumbs and sage (if you have it) or a pack of decent stuffing mix. Bung it in the fridge until tomorrow. Have a glass of wine. Tada!!

Thanks very much, that sounds easy enough. I've got a packet of sage and onion paxo, that will have to do.

I would...

1. Lightly fry the onion
2. Chop chestnuts
3. Mix with the sausage meat
4. Ideally add an egg and some breadcrumbs.
