For Xmas dinner I normally make roasted root vegetables with a honey glaze.
I'm a little bored of this now and want to try something new-suggestions anyone?

Almond nut risotto from the Cranks Cook Book is very nice. Also their spiced Lentil Burgers. I don't know whether you can get the recipes on line. I am in bed ATM but if you can't get them I will go downstairs tomorrow and find them for you.

Carrots cooked in orange juice and parsnips with maple syrup are wonderful. Sprouts are banned from my house though so I can't help there.
