Christmas baking nibbles

I'm just starting to do my Christmas baking for random guests who pop in etc. So far I've got:

Sausage rolls
Mini mince pies
Smoked salmon twists
Cheesy puff pastries
Gingerbread

What does everyone else bake for Christmas time?

I do sausage rolls, mince pies, gingerbread and quiche. Usually cheese and bacon quiche but thinking about making two as my sister's visiting on Christmas eve & is veggie.
