Help - Frozen

Hi,

I am having a mini meltdown. My DD1 is 4, and has finally grown out of Peppa Pig, and into Frozen and Tinkerbell. She said to me today that she is too old now for peppa pig. The only problem I have with this is that most of her Christmas presents are Peppa Pig stuff.

I want to get her frozen present to replace these, but they need to be a cheap as possible. I am looking for bedding, PJ's, cuttlery, beaker, plate, curtains, backpack, lunchbox and some toys.

Please help

There are loads of cheap things in poundland and primark.

LapsedTwentysomething · 10/12/2014 20:50

Asda have a Frozen dress (not dress-up) for £7, and socks too. Supermarkets are doing Frozen pants quite cheaply I think.

Can you return any Peppa stuff?

LapsedTwentysomething · 10/12/2014 20:51

I think I saw PJs on the Asda website too or maybe Amazon.

StarDustMonkey · 10/12/2014 21:09

No can't return anything. It was all second hand. However I know that she won't play with it as in the last 2 weeks she has gone completely off it - so the are pointless in terms of presents.

I'll have a look in poundland. And hopefully people can give some more ideas :)

Def check out all local pound and 99p shops, ones near me in SE London are full of Frozen themed crap kids presents

VanitasVanitatum · 10/12/2014 21:23

You could sell the peppa stuff on a Facebook selling site.

Prizepudding · 10/12/2014 22:10

Home bargains and B & M both have lots of frozen stuff. The Works have loads: sticker books, stories, secret diary, etc all very cheap

Do you have a branch of the Entertainer near you? They had lots of bargainous frozen stuff.

StarDustMonkey · 11/12/2014 06:19

Thank you all. I am trying to sell the Peppa Pig stuff on facebook, and I have quite a few shops to look in now.

My ds did that years ago
I found someone to buy my stuff. Try Facebook selling
Hope you get sorted. There is a load of frozen tat in the pound shop

jopickles · 11/12/2014 09:52

custard-cow.myshopify.com/ not overly cheap but some nice ideas on here

Catanddogmake6 · 11/12/2014 10:29

www.character.com/character-clothing/girls-characters.html?cat=233

Character also has lots of stuff including PJs etc. They keep having offers so worth watching. Tesco is doing Frozen shopping bags for £1. Asda has the dress up dresses and lots of other stuff. Lots of stuff out there if you don't need a specific toy.

Catanddogmake6 · 11/12/2014 10:35

Finally found the offer for Character on email. If you look on their website at the secret Santa page
www.character.com/clearance/santa-code-offer.html

And use the code 'SANTA' you get 50% off until the end of today. They have a Frozen onesie for about £4.

Does anyone know how often Sainsburys get clothes deliveries.

U've picked up some frozen slipper boots for dd2 but they didn't have dd1 size. They are for the Xmas eve hamper.

And she will be so upset if she doesn't get the same ones.

I am thinking about going to Sainsburys daily to try and.get some but then wondered if any clever person knew when would be the best days to check?

WUME · 11/12/2014 11:34
