What are you getting the man in your life?

I have no idea what to get my husband this year. Help!
His in his 40s. No hobbies. Likes football. Is Scottish living in the south. Works in London. Likes reading and music.

I bought him a tablet. Does he have a kindle if he likes reading?

What kind of music is he into?
Could he benefit from an iPod? Or wireless speakers?
Gig tickets?
A wee trip back up to Scotland for a gig at the legendary Barrowlands?

Has has ever gadget going! Gig tickets is a good idea! ??

I bought Mr PooPooHead what he asked for, a navy three piece suit.

I have also got him some cufflinks, 2 nice silk ties and then the usual stocking fillers of pjs, aftershave and copious amounts of various chocolates.

That said DP works outside and likes to get dressed up "smart" when we go out so this will be seen as a treat purchase by him (plus he like that he can mix and match I.e. waistcoat with jeans, jacket with jeans etc.) rather than mundane, which it might come across as if he was a desk jockey.
