Whiskey

Over the past few years DH has started to drink whiskey. I've bought him a bottle the last 2 christmas', one Scottish one Japanese. Both around the £40-45 mark. It's become a bit of a tradition but money is tight this year so I don't want to blow practically all my budget for him on whiskey. He's recently finished a bottle of bushmills which he likes but wondered if anyone could recommend something different but of similar quality and price £20? (Actually it's currently £16 at tesco)!

Isle of Jura is on offer @ £25. That's a nice easy drinking scotch. You might find it a smudge cheaper elsewhere if you shop around.

Makers mark? Only in sainsburys, gentleman jack

My dad only drinks jack Daniels and my grandpa was a firm believer of it comes out the same whole and does the same job so no point worrying what it taste like Grin

I like the look of the Jura, found it in makro for £21.50 but £2.99 delivery. I actually have some tesco discount codes if used them cunningly I could get a good deal.
