What time does Santa put pressies under your tree?

DD still very little so not relevant this year but wondered how Santa fares in each of your homes? What time is safest for pressies to go under the tree when there's an excited child around?

Also - any near misses / Santa sightings by your dc and how did you explain them?

This Was 10 Years ago! I Think in most places, Santa Comes between 10pm and midnight but only if you're asleep. If children still awake he goes to other houses and comes back later when the children are asleep

We put the Father Christmas presents under the tree once dd is in bed and definitely, absolutely fast asleep. I then sneak in and do the stocking as we go up to bed. Family presents arrive whenever family are about - before or after the main day.
