Fun ideas for dds

Dds are 2 and 4 and I'm sick of tat lying around and not being used. So this year I've been very sensible and reduced the amount of stuff they are getting including stockings. However on wrapping it all looks a bit.... Well, sensible! Any cheap ideas I can pick up in local town to make it a bit more fun? My mind has drawn a blank at a slinky! Thanks

Their own fluffy /fleecy blanket for snuggling up on the sofa to watch Christmas films - primark had some for under a fiver. Package up with a cheap classic Christmas dvd and some popcorn. Instant bulk gift to make the pile of pressies look bigger Grin. Wilkos had wind up teeth for £1 - something like that as a silly?
