Best tablet for a 13yo please?

It's not for homework, just for playing about (whatever it is they do on these things) and cost is a big concern.

The Tesco Hudl has been good for my 14 year old. It's almost a year old and nothing he owns is usually still working a year later.

Definitely samsung galaxy by far.

I just bought dd1 a lenovo flex, its a touch screen small laptop that flips around and its fab.

wouldn't touch apple if it was free.

Dd1 has a samsung Galaxy and am not impressed with it at all. It is nearly 2 years old, but has always seemed slow, prone to freezing and I don't find it intuitive or easy to navigate. Dd2 has a nexus 7 and it's much better than the Galaxy imo.

What galaxy schilke? We have both 2s and 3s in our house and all work fantastic, especially for film downloading, gameplaying and apps, weve never had an issue my 2 year old it a wizz on them
