I have so far

Two work shirts (boring but he won't buy clothes for himself)
Canterbury tracksuit bottoms

I might buy him a box set he likes

Er... That's It. I will get him some products from the health shop that he loves but I always get him those

Am thinking of a voucher to buy new jeans or a dressing gown (new baby on the way)

He doesn't need anymore for his hobbies as he has stocked up.

Want to get a few suprises but don't know what -

Smelliest? Watch? Cuff links? Mug?

Why do you feel you need to buy any more?

Coffee machine? Book? Tickets to something?

An experience day, concert tickets? I'm thinking of getting my dp a google chrome thingie so he can stream the internet on our telly. I'm crap at tech stuff though so need to chat to someone in currys about it (cue being sold a load of stuff I don't want).

Or what about something he wouldn't choose for himself but feels really nice like a cashmere scarf?

He wouldn't mind what I both him, it's just to suit bottoms and work clothes are very practical and not much fun. Due new baby soon so night out are a no go.

I have got my dh a weather station (he wants one), a book and a chocolate orange.

Previously I got him really nice longitude/latitude cuff links, from here

I've sorted DP for Christmas - Kurt Geiger shoes, Calvin Klein lounge pants, Fitbit, books etc.

He has just finished a 5 year long part time Masters, so to celebrate, I am taking him out for Segway experience and afternoon tea.

I have also got him a watercolour print of a world map to frame.

Something relating to things he collects/his hobbies
Something that solves a problem in his life (what you have already ticks that box.)
Something romantic, like some decorations on the tree which open and contain promises. Can be practical, like the offer of doing a chore that he would normally do, or funny, or feeding him and his mates/footy night or bedroom activites...or daily kiss and cuddle token to reuse through pregnancy and new baby stages.
Something that marks the passing of time together. A framed family photo, or one of the two of you, a print or momento of somewhere you had a happy day together.
Something you've made for him.

We don't buy each other big gifts (focus is on the DC now) so I'm quite handy with ideas for bits.

My favourite thing to do is put together a box of edible/drinkable treats, things we don't often have otherwise. He likes hot chili sauces, posh chorizo, nuts, salted caramel, nice, strong coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice toffee etc. I'm not mad keen on most of these things so it's definitely a gift for him, not us.

I've bought him personalised prints from NOTHS before and things related to his hobbies (but I always ask about those - no point getting the wrong thing).

Actually, I tell a lie, last year I bought him a big Le Creuset stock pot/ casserole thingy as he loves cooking. That was quite expensive and also a bit for me as I get to enjoy all the yummy stews he makes!
