Can anyone help?

I posted my menu before but can't find it. So it's

Slow roast pork
Bread rolls
Cider gravy
Stuffing
Sauces (probably bought)
A chilli con carne
Wedges
Sausage rolls
Coleslaw
Cheese board
Mince pies

I've got 13 adults and 3 kids...

I have no idea on quantities....
I ordered a 3kg pork shoulder, is that enough?

What about the other stuff! This is my first time

Wow, sounds lovely. Perhaps the only thing I would add is an alternative to mince pies, as not everyone likes them (especially kids).

Do you need rice/baked potatoes?

I'd just be happy to be cooked for, all sounds yum!
