peppermint creams, using condensed milk?

found a recipe for peppermint creams using condensed milk and was considering making them as presents for people, have any of you tried them?

I've used this recipe before peppermint creams I haven't ever heard of condensed milk being an ingredient to be honest.

I think they'd make a fab gift (especially dipped in chocolate like this)

yes that's the kind of recipe I have used for years now,never had any complaints
