I'm going to do a test run on the chocolate truffles from the Bargains thread, does anyone know do they need to stay refrigerated due to the Philly?
I'm thinking of adding Baileys, I guess I roll into balls and then refrigerate and then dust with cocoa powder, do they need to stay in the fridge before I give them as gifts??
