I have started shopping but am struggling with how much to spend, what on etc

So I am asking...
How much do you spend per person and is this on a large gift or a few small ones? I know this is a very broad question as people may spend more on eg partners than friends etc but I would love to see what others do.

To set the scene between us our list to buy for is:
5 parents/step parents
3 siblings + 3 partners
1 daughter
8 nieces and nephews
3 grandparents
7 aunties, friends etc who get wine, chocs, biscuits etc
Each other

I am at risk of over spending and need perspective

I tend to spend £10 on nieces/nephews, my DB/SIL spend about £5 on my DSs.
I usually spend about £10 on my siblings/mum/siblings partners/MIL but this year stretched to £15 and more like £25 on on mum and MIL and they spend about same on us.
