Fill your own crackers

Every year we do these. There are 6 adults of varying ages, 3 men, 3 women. I try to do everyone the same but personalised. One year I did key rings with the persons caricature, one year address cards, one year shot glasses with names. This year I have no idea what to do! Can anyone make any suggestions for around a £5 each that are on the above lines? Thanks very much, all ideas appreciated x

Lego Minifigs, or simliar little bagged collectable toys? You could customize by somewhat as there are all sorts of these things, though the inside would be a surprise. Alternatively, if there is a Zlego store near you, you could go (during school hours) and cobble together 6 custom mini-figs pretty cheaply.

Wind-up toys

I have seen blank greeting card sized puzzles that you decorate/put through a printer, so you could do a special puzzle for each.
