I've drawn a early to mid twenties female, very fashion/beauty/label conscious and we only got a £5 limit. Any ideas?

I'd get something from Lush.

lush is lovely, but theres not very much you can get for a fiver. I would suggest Boots, as they have things like this which feels more like a present here
