menu help...lunches

Hi I have most meals plans for Xmas period but need lunch suggestionr for ten people for 22,23,24,25.

One will be soup.
Xmas day I need something cold and easy
Other days I need quick eeasy things as are likely to be out and about rather than cooking around lunch time

Carrots, cucumber, hummus, pitta bread
Falafel, cous cous, hummus, salad
Pate, toast and pickles
Rice salad with loads of pulses, currants and herbs. Served with Pita/flat bread
Macaroni cheese
Garlicky mushrooms on toast
A stack of cheese toasties
Jackets with different filling choices
Curried baked beans and sausages
