How would you wrap a hamper?

It's a wicker basket hamper. Would you wrap it with paper but risk the wicker rupping the parer or place it in a gift bag with tissue paper? It's a medium sized hamper. TIA

I wouldn't wrap it. I'd put a festive bow on it.

Cellophane with a big ribbon. Lidl often sell festive cellophane or ebay or local florists might sell you some if you don't need much.

Don't wrap it up, just add a bow, or a balloon, or a spray of greenery and a twist of tinsel.

Cellophane. If I was feeling particularly extravagant, cellophane, then tissue, then more cellophane (the cellophane will stop the wicker coming through, the tissue means it's not see through)

Hampers definitely need festive cellophane with a big bow.
