Oh ffs. Very / yodel

I ordered a couple of things from very last night using a voucher code thingy. My sister was here today so she took the delivery. Just opened it and there's no sign of one of the items (a furreal panda -£60 fecking quid). I've tracked the order online and it says it's been delivered in a seperate parcel to the other items but it has been signed for along with the other parcel. Dsis says the courier only gave her one parcel. Ffs.

Phone yodel, hopefully it's still on the van/car and they will re deliver .

They emailed me a direct number for the courier earlier so I just phoned her and she said there's nothing in her van so she either handed it over to Dsis or never had it. I'm going to have to phone very :( I've found them so unhelpful in the past.

I've just emailed them. Hopefully I'll get a response before 2015.
Anyone had any experience of this before? Will I get my money back?

Very were brilliant with me when I got a parcel supposedly with a Superdry hoody for Ds in. I confirmed that the invoice was in there, the other items were in there etc, but no hoody.

They simply ordered another one and refunded me. The yodel driver came back a few days later with a form to sign confirming the item was missing.

If they replace, make sure they get customer relations to still honour your voucher.

Oh god I hope they do refund me. It's a bit weird that it's gone missing as the item was supposedly in it's own parcel with no other items but it still says it's been delivered.

Spoke to very this morning and they said they will arrange for yodel to interview the courier.
Panicking!

Amazon had to do this with one of their own courier drivers who lied he had left with a neighbour he had rung me n was v weird convo about leaving with number next door which didn't correspond with how our houses work n then on the 2 orders put diff names. We r a 22 house gated development and not one house had it we checked and he had been SAME driver who rang few days before as couldn't find it. Amazon replaced n sent via royal mail. Interviewed the guy n according to another guy (as we had same issue again regarding non del couldn't find they send someone of an eve) that the guy was sacked as lots parcels"were delivered to neighbours" and then not there.

So hopefully u should get it - I thought that had to prove u have it rather than u prove u don't.

I hope so. 60quid is a lot of money to pay for nothing. Really panicking
