maybe something to pamper her - voucher for a pedicure maybe since probably not too comfortable "doing" her own feet - or a facial?

I'd have loved a haircut voucher after dd Smile You could put together a hamper for her for when her twins arrive - chocolate, Lansinoh/breast pads, magazine subscription/Kindle voucher, giant sports bottle for staying hydrated when she is stuck
on the sofa under one or both children, hand cream, muslins, more chocolate etc.

We have a place near us that does massage for pregnant women, maybe a voucher for this?

Personally I would rather have a gift that was for me as a person in my own right rather than baby related. Being pregnant with twins is extremely physically demanding (my twin girls are now one) and everyone is so interested in the fact that you are carrying twins, that you as a person can get a little overlooked...
