Any ideas what to get a doctor who fan for Christmas?

Has most DVDS, books figurines etc.

Something cool and a bit different.

Thanks for your ideas!

Sonic screwdriver? DS has the Matt Smith version and Santa will be bringing the David Tennant one.

DS is also getting Doctor Who "lego".

I reeeeally want the duvet cover myself :o

TheWoollybacksWife · 14/10/2014 17:06

I have bought this for my Dr Who fan. It comes in a range of sizes - I bought the smallest one and will get it framed here. I think it cost about £22 with delivery.

chocolatedonut · 14/10/2014 17:27

Thank you for all the suggestions!

I love the duvet set!! I think that might be a winner Grin.

Was looking at things to frame, quite liked this:

I know it's only a greeting card but once in a nice frame might look good!

I am My five year old is Doctor Who daft. We have some special edition toy Daleks from amazon that were a hit for his birthday, he also loves the Sonic Screwdrivers and Doctor Who t-shirts etc.

I'm aiming for the Tardis tent at Christmas, it's cool but quite steep at £80

justhereforchristmas · 15/10/2014 02:24

What about 10th Doctor PJ's - currently on sale at Thinkgeek (www.thinkgeek.com/product/1333 - sorry dont know how to do the linky thing)

TheWoollybacksWife · 15/10/2014 10:57

Not a present but I bought this last year and gave out bags of Dr Who chocolates to eat while watching the Christmas special.

AtlanticDrift · 15/10/2014 19:13

I bought ds the inflatable remote control dalek last year. He loved it! Lakeland also has the dr who cake moulds & cookie cutters reduced at the minute

Asheth · 15/10/2014 21:46

Lakeland do a mug with a Tardis on it and when you put a hot drink in it the Tardis disappears and appears on the other side!

BadRoly · 15/10/2014 21:49

I've got my older 2 sonic screwdriver toothbrushes, Daley bubble bath and Daley sponge things all from Boots Smile

BadRoly · 15/10/2014 21:49

Dalek not Daley Blush

WhereYouLeftIt · 16/10/2014 12:02

Lots of Dr Who stuff in the BBC Shop. What about a cinema poster of Capaldi's first episode (A1 size)? Or a Cybermen/Beatles spoof tshirt?

Ooh, they've got a homewares section,

Doctor who
Doctor who
WhatWouldTheDoctorDo · 18/10/2014 19:05

Try forbidden planet too - they have lots of Dr Who stuff. There are some new figures out too in the 5" range.

DoubtfireDear - is it the tent that has the tardis interior printed on the inside? It's worth keeping a close eye on the price or tracking via camelcamelcamel - I got it much cheaper earlier in the year. Bloody thing is huge though!

nachohousekeeper · 18/10/2014 19:08

Can't link at the moment but my DH is signed up to Wowcher and he has just got tickets for him and DD to do a Dr Who walking/tube tour in London. I think it was £9 per person. DD is beyond excited. We are also taking her to comic con next weekend so tickets for the spring one might go down well if they are also into other stuff (marvel, sherlock, LOTR etc).

Obviously only helpful if London is doable from where you live.

wibblyjelly · 18/10/2014 19:49

I can't link either, but search on eBay for weeping angel flip t shirt... Grin

RustyDalek · 18/10/2014 20:16

This was my birthday present last year...

BadRoly · 18/10/2014 20:41

Well the BBC site is dangerous Grin. I want a lifesize cardboard Weeping Angel to surprise the children [evilgrin]

wibblyjelly · 18/10/2014 20:53

DH keeps threatening to buy one with out telling me, and leaving it at the bottom of the bed in the early hours of the morning...

fuzzpig · 18/10/2014 21:03

BadRoly, DSD would LOVE Daley bubble bath or sponge Wink
