Ideas for 18 month old?

I've got so much for my 4 year old DD and practically nothing for my 18 month old and I'm totally stumped on what to buy for her as it seems like my older DD has everything already!

Any ideas?

From my list of potential presents:
Weebles - they have been revamped, they do classic ones or Peppa Pig ones
Fisher price classic toy - they have re-released the phone and the record player
garage and cars
toy pushchair and dolls
Bath toys - my 16 month old adores bath bubbles and his musical bath dolphins (both by Tomy) and foam bath building blocks

Ds 2 - 18 Mo's (20.5) at xmas will be getting ozzbozz my first scooter as he covets older ds's stunt scooter. Also some happy land sets.

My dd loves her tea set, play food and sauce pans so she'll be getting a play kitchen for her 2nd birthday in February

Fisher price Disney princess castle - one of my best buys my dd adores hers got last year and played with every day.

scuttlebug - loved by both dd's

doll and pram - my 1st baby Annabel is nice and not too big for a little one :-)

Fisher price tea set - adored by both ddâ??s although pretty annoying song!!

V Tech Toot Toot Drivers or Toot Toot Animals, they are properly annoying but DS loves them. He has the airport but at 18 months the garage would be better as he has only recently stopped taking the track apart when we play with it.
