Hi all my daughter (12) has said that for christmas this year she doesnt want a main present just lots of smaller presents. How many presents do your kids get. Also any ideas of presents for a 12 year old girl as really not sure what to get because she doesnt want a big present. Thanks x

Mine are 10 and 6 and I tend to buy a lot of gifts but they're all under 20 in the main. Probably they have about 20-25 each to open and a stocking of tiny things too.

For a 12 year old I would choose beauty and bath stuff, little craft things, DVDs, socks, pyjamas, makeup if she likes that (only lip glosses and mascara) and also cushions (cute or fun ones) maybe a beanbag....hair accessories and a nice bag...jewellry.

I would say rather than set a present limit set a money limit. Then buy as many as you can with that money.

I tend to buy my LO 50+ presents but he mostly only gets from us.

we do cost rather than amount of presents .
do you have a limit ?

sorry posted before I was meant to.
little presents for girls are so easy to find and cheap enough , so you could get lots for your money if you shop about :)

We tend to set a £ limit for each child to choose what they want , a limit for a big surprise each, and a limit for smaller surprises each. I may not be much help I always go over
