I'm going to check out waitrose this year. Have they got a catalogue?

I used the online shop but think a catalogue comes out closer to Christmas. The really fancy starters and puddings haven't even been put online yet

do they charge when picking your order like sainsburys or when you place the order? i want to secure my slot but need to be sure they wont charge me yet

They take your card details but don't take the money until the delivery is dispatched, so in my case the 23rd Dec.

I reserved a slot yesterday by filling a trolley with a vague collection of food. Apart from the turkey crown and the ham I really need to consider the rest nearer the time; are u able to modify the trolley?!

I've just had an email from Ocado about Christmas week delivery that says the slots can be booked from 30th November and with a 90 pound spend. So how have you got around that? Is it because you have the delivery pass with different options?

How far in advance do they close your order for amendments now? I did waitrose a couple of years ago and got caught out as I also wanted to add normal shop stuff like washing liquid and found out you had to change by just over 48 hours before. Has that reduced?

Just booked my slot there are no Christmas Eve slots I notice and all the 23rd morning slots are gone already

Does anybody know when tesco christmas slots become available?

My slot is booked 2-4 Tuesday 23rd and I can amend until 11.45am Monday, so about 26 hours in advance.
However, because I have ordered a bird, I cannot change the actual delivery slot.

Tesco slots become available "late November" to those with Delivery Saver.

Yay, booked! Cheers for that, had no idea they opened slots so early. Missed it last year.

Have just ordered a couple of bottles of wine, a Heston pudd, some stollen, some chocs and some gift tags and reached the sixty quid limit.

Will amend it with a few more useful bits near the time. So pleased to have got a slot!

Yes, checkout now to secure then back in to amend by. 11.45am the day before delivery. Waitrose do not deliver on Christmas Eve.

I've got an Ocado one booked for the 22nd which suits me fine. Whacked a load of random drink and snacks in there for now.

I've booked mine for 23rd. I couldn't think what I wanted so picked 2 bottles v.expensive champagne must remember to change.
