Just wondered if anyone had been and if it was any good? I have an almost 7 year old and a 21month old?

I've been at normal times and it's a nice day out. I haven't been at xmas as I've read a lot of bad reviews about really long waits for santa, extortionate prices, cafe running out of food and generally being extremely busy. It might be worth looking back at trip advisor reviews for last xmas.
