Do You Buy Second Hand Gifts for Christmas?

Ds will be 10 months old at Christmas. Just going through my list of gifts and have realised that, due to my great love of Ebay, quite a bit of it will be second hand. I am happy with his gifts they look new, some of these toys have been discontinued in the shops , and he will be 10 months old so clearly won't care.

Just wondered if others did this

I have bought a second hand large plush rocking animal for DD (will be 6 months). Cost me £2.50 and she won't know the difference, its only been used a few times.

In fact I bought it in February when I was still pregnant Blush.

Last year I got a second hand meerkat statue from my dotty step grandmother, still had the charity shop price ticket on Grin, my sister got a giant mug.

Oh and I am currently buying vintage ladybird books off ebay for DD and my cousins babies as we were reminiscing about them over the summer. Despite being second hand they are not cheap!
