Nope. Never got ours to work!

We bought one cheap and DS2 has used it a bit. Seems to work. TBH though, it is pretty much just taking up space in the freezer most of the time.

I got dd one from firebox.com, its not one of those squeezy ones though, she loves it.

We got outs at Toys r Us. they work great. DC aged 8 and 9 can do it themselves.

Yes, works perfectly! No idea what the Prof was doing with theirs but ours works every time.

We had two neither worked - they're now in the bi. People seem to say yes they were brilliant, or no they were useless. There doesnt seem to be an in between.

My boys got one each last year an they work really well

I put the glitter berry J20 in it so they had a glitter slushy.

I also put yoghurt in it and mushed up fruit to make froyo.

Ours are great, but only work when the drink you use is already chilled.

My DDs have them, they work great and they are used regularly

Ours worked as long as the cup had been in the freezer overnight and the juice was super cold. So it's not a spontaneous thing, you have to plan ahead. DD slushied everything in sight for a few days, then the novelty wore off...

No, ours was terrible., Didn't work at all.

They're fab, we use them all the time.

First couple of times I thought "What a crock of sh*t" but once she gave it enough freeze time and used only a small amount of drink, it worked ok , though I'm underwhelmed

A good solid blender to crush ice (or even a good rolling pin and a dishtowel) plus the cordial would work just as well.

Agree the drink has to be really cold to start (we put some cans right at the back of the fridge) then also make sure slushie cup has been in freezer overnight or all day and make sure the dome lid is on when squeezing - if you do this then yes it does work!

Those of you who have ones that work what brand do you have ?

We got a 'chill factor' one, works every time! Fantastic gift, it's been used loads! especially when mummy discovered slushy gin & tonics

The chill factor ones work my kids have one each, they are fab, all you do if put them in the freezer to freeze, take them out, pour in your juice, squeeze, and done.

The only downside is that you can only use it once a day as it only makes one slush then needs refreezing x
