Stuffing recipes please

I have made my own stuffing before but it's never been awesome. Please could you recommend recipes? Thank you

Mine is an ancient family recipe so I can't share it, sorry.

If I could it would involve a shedload of parsley and thyme chopped, mixed with 30 ml suet and about 125 of breadcrumbs with a with bit of grated lemon and egg to bind. Multiply up according to amount desired. I used 250 of breadcrumbs today for 4.

make up a box of paxo, mush in 5 raw walls sausages..... make into balls, cook... awesome every time...
