Anyone know when it is this year? I can't find anything on the net might be a bit tipsy

If you mean Royal Mail, I don't think they've announced them yet.

The earliest cut off is for longhaul surface mail, and is around end Sept/early Oct. The full schedule should be out well before that, so I hope soon.

I looked again and you are right, they don't seem to be out yet, only for last year.
