Is it too late to start traditions like Christmas Eve hampers when eldest dc is nearly 7 at Christmas?

Where would I say it came from? Me or Santa?

Misstired. I so something similar although the elf delivers some presents during the month. Only little things, but all Christmas themed so festive books, craft bits, DVDs. My girls love coming down to see if he's left anything. I try to spread it out but more at the weekends.

I'm going to have a hunt now on amazon Grin

I started a Christmas Eve hamper last year for DS who was almost 3 at the time. I bought a small wicker basket from Wilko for about £2. And lined it with Christmassy tissue paper. I put in...

3 hot chocolate sachets for me, DP and DS
PJs (not Christmas themed so he could wear them all year)
Christmas DVD
Twas the Night Before Christmas book
Bath stuff for his bedtime bath (it was Marvel and the lid lit up so something a bit different from the norm)
Character themed wash cloth

Also bought a gold Santa key from Amazon and hung it on the front door for Santa, and sprinkled reindeer food on the garden path. DS loved it.
