Lucy the Dog Help !!!! Instructions

Hello, I brought my daughter Lucy the dog and in her excitement I think she may have accidentally thrown away the instruction so we have no idea how to programme it.
I have search the internet continuously including looking on you tube and still can't find any instructions at all.

Please can any body help a very upset little girl

hello if this is any help we have one i haven't got any instructions anymore but what you do is pres her ear once and say her name then she will bark to acknowledge hearing it the say it again and she will; bark twice and hey presto you can give her commands all i remember is SIT DOWN< ON YOUR HEAD, LIE DOWN and BEG when my little girls comes back from her dads i shall ask her what the other commands are for her hope this helps

Thank you so much yummy mummy. We did as you instructed and we have a very active Lucy and a very very happy daughter. In fact she wouldn't leave this dog alone and almost missed her swimming lesson ??. Thank you so much. I'm gojng to try to research some commands too x
